Description

  • Answer any queries with relation to delivery status.
  • Liaising with customers with courier returns.
  • You will work closely with our dispatch team to identify issues, proactively problem solve and take ownership for resolving these issues.
  • You will also look to support the sales team with various tasks.
  • You may also be required to assist with events in and out of the office.
  • You will liaise with a number of our UK and international suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • You will have proven and demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • You will have strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner and the ability to build a quick rapport with customers.
  • You will be polite and professional at all times and have a willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ to exceed customer expectations.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation, organisational skills and initiative to problem solve.

We offer

Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 per year.
