Description
The role is a key position in consolidating Binero's focus and growth in the Swedish and Nordic markets.
Your task will be to combine sales, business development and category leadership to drive business growth and the pipeline. You balance this through a structured approach and entrepreneurial thinking. The main focus is on Nordic companies and organizations with qualified needs in IT and cloud infrastructure, platforms and services. Binero's customers are found in the public sector, larger companies, and digital growth companies, both in the startup phase and more mature digital companies.
As an ambassador for Binero and their offering in cloud infrastructure, platform and services, you have cross-functional customer teams to help you, consisting of critical support functions for each part of the customer's journey, such as cloud architects, marketing specialists, DevOps, professional service offerings and an ecosystem of selected partners.
You are!
You have solid experience from complex sales and a proven track record that shows how to successfully run business and customer relationships.
You have the ability to identify the major customers and create the structure required to go from cold calling to long-term and value-creating collaboration.
As a person, you are a distinct team player who is determined, curious, responsible, driven and has the ability to lead customer teams through a complex sales cycle and onboarding.
Business acumen and initiative are two other qualities that rank high.
Our customers evaluate advanced solutions in an area under rapid development. To help them, they ask for advisers and specialists in the field of Cloud.

Responsibilities
Your background
You are a doer who enjoys taking initiative and driving forward towards common strategies and goals.
You have a great interest and understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud-based technology, working methods and services. We believe that you have extensive experience of advisory sales in these areas.
You are used to working with consultative sales where you develop and build business and relationships with both new and existing customers.
You have a proven ability to work effectively and build trust with and across all levels of business and IT contacts within large and complex organizations.
You speak and write Swedish and English fluently and have a relevant academic background.
