As an Business Process Analyst, you are helping the organization to accomplish its objectives by:

• Management of the BIG standard processes by consulting the business process owners
• Advices about potential process improvements and taking care of the conceptual design of new requirements
• Draw out of processes related to new requirements or process improvements
• Support and accompany of the organization during change management projects

Profile

• Master degree or experience in similar function
• A few years of experience in one of the following domains:

Master planning, S&OP and detailed scheduling

Operational excellence (Production, Maintenance & Quality)

Commercial excellence (Pricing, CRM)

• Knowledge of ERP and other business applications
• Customer-, team- and results oriented
• Experience with implementation of change management projects
• Willing to travel (20%)
