We are currently looking for enthusiastic Telesales Agents to contribute in generating sales for various projects of PeopleCert. The Telesales Agent is responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service, using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline will be an asset
  • Excellent command of the English language (native or C2 level certification desired, Language Cert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
  • Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification would be
  • considered a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and
  • deadline-driven environment
  • Bonus upon completion of sales targets
