CORPORATE TRAINER (Remote)

Description

LendUS is looking for a Corporate trainer, who is well versed in the finance industry, not afraid to jump in and feel comfortable training groups. This person will be responsible for conducting training's, coordinating training calendars, and tracking participant levels for the Corporate Training department.

Position is also open to remote work!

  • Ability to conduct new hire orientations within live and online platforms.
  • Monitor all testing and certification distribution for required compliance training.
  • Provide ongoing training support via email and phone to all RPM Mortgage employees and loan agents.
  • Facilitate needs assessment on operational workflows to identify learning strategies and opportunities.
  • Prepare for any new class offerings and ensure deliverables are met - including printed materials, PowerPoint, and scope of training is communicated properly and understandably to participants.
  • Assist in the creation and promotion of the monthly training calendar.
  • Coordinate class assignments and the distribution of course materials and learning paths for all newly hired employees.
  • Prepare and update all course and instructional materials.
  • Coordinate and track the attendance of all course participants for internal records and development.
  • Provide recap of all weekly tasks and project updates.

Responsibilities

Experience/Education

  • 2+ years training, and experience in working with Learning Management Systems
  • 2+ years in Finance or Mortgage Banking
