Description
Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a recruiter for a healthcare client in Fremont. The person in the position will be a full-cycle recruiter responsible for delivering a high level of hiring service to all of their locations.
This person will be responsible for sourcing candidates from all job boards, writing job descriptions, job postings, as well as managing the candidate selection process. This person will be in charge of scheduling interviews, managing the candidate experience, as well as managing relationships with agencies. This position will require working with the leadership team to establish a recruitment plan, marketing plan for the company, as well as working with hiring managers to establish best practices on hiring, training and interview techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a high volume of job requisitions.
This position can be temp-to-hire or potentially direct hire for the right candidate and is located in Fremont. The position will take place Monday - Friday with standard daytime hours. Please submit your resume if you would like to be considered for this position.
