Description
For a client with a well-established presence in the French IT services market, we are looking for an experienced Sales/BD consultant to move into the role of Country Manager for the Benelux region!
This candidate will be responsible for building the brand presence in the Benelux market, and will have the opportunity to join this client at a pivotal time in their growth.
You have a minimum of 5 years experience in the sales and marketing of a brand on a national or international territory. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into the role of Country Manager - and oversee all Benelux operations in years to come.
Responsibilities
Required Skills and Job Description:
- P&L: the consultant will be responsible for achieving the annual objectives outlined during the interview process.
- The creation and management of a team of developers, facilitators and network support services
- Adapting the clients existing business model to the Benelux environment.
- Building a good relationship with the different departments of the Group (Marketing/Training / Franchises...).
- Respect for the group's values and the transmission of the company's culture
- Monitoring and correct application of know-how in the field in terms of both quality and quantity.
- Fluent in French/Flemish/Dutch essential.
