Head of Digital Acquisition

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the global Digital Marketing acquisition budget taking direct accountability for the cross-channel Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) targets
  • Direct management of the Digital Acquisition team comprising of Paid Ads and SEO/Inbound marketing specialists
  • Continuously explore and introduce new digital marketing channels to the business
  • Manage and drive digital marketing tactics securing maximum exposure, with a focus on driving new customer acquisition
  • Accountable for the selection and management of 3rd party agencies/partners and their ongoing performance
  • Accountable for setting the framework for the continuous improvement of digital acquisition activities
  • Work with the wider digital marketing team to set-up and manage the digital marketing infrastructure (Tag Management, Campaign Tracking, Marketing Analytics, Attribution, etc.)

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience, with a proven track record as a senior leader that has managed teams, partnered with digital agencies, and led successful multi-platform campaigns. 
  • Previous experience in a B2C or C2C environment managing a large number of channels and global campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, project management and team leadership skills to achieve acquisition targets.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Business or a similar field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
