Profile & Requirements:

  • Several years of professional leadership experience in brand, marketing communications and digital marketing (ideally of consumer durables or other lifestyle brands)
  • You are digital savvy to manage and lead digital communication (ux, seo, performance marketing, social media, ecommerce)
  • Experience with conception and implementation of launches and promotions is a must have and in addition to that, you should come from a company with an international vivid strong brand
  • You are business fluent in German and English
  • Leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams is essential as well as previous international liability (Experience with Asian markets a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Reposition and develop the brand to a globally leading premium, lifestyle brand and ensure global implementation
  • Develop and implement the brand vision, mission and identity (“different, premium, global”)
  • Establish a state-of-the art brand experience (digital, social, instore)
  • Harmonize and elevate the approach to digital communication (owned, earned, paid), optimize websites (UX, SEO), build social media follower and engagement, design efficient paid campaigns
  • Increase consumer reach, awareness and preference
  • Lead the creative development of communication concepts, content, narratives (“Storytelling”)
  • Generate leads and develop concepts to mutually grow the business with the retail partners on and offline but also direct-to-consumer
  • Build and develop a high performing marketing team in Brand, Communication, Content, Digital Experience, In Store Experience, Performance Marketing (15-20 FTEs)
