WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Assist in identifying product, usability or any other customer issues via feedback and effectively communicate with other departments in order to take
any corrective action
• Assist in creating a mindset and culture for exceeding the expectations of our customers in a positive and solution-oriented way
• Ensure remarkable experience is provided to customers via phone, online chat, email, and other channels customers use to communicate with Maxon
• Communicate regularly and effectively with team members, other department team members, and leadership
• Handle all confidential information with the highest degree of discretion without exception
• Utilize company assets in a prudent and judicious manner
• Any and all other duties reasonably assigned by supervisor
Responsibilities
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Experience with 3D creative workflows (modeling, animation, lighting, rendering, and/or Video post-production and Motion Graphics)
• Education or experience equivalent to a four-year college degree
• Ability to understand computer hardware and software terminology and use of multiple computer applications in performance of job functions
• Loves to help solve customer problems and improve the products they depend on
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Possesses a passion for customers and serving them in a positive and effective manner
• Ability to work independently and in conjunction with multiple employees and across multiple departments
• Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines
• Present and maintain a professional appearance at all times and be able to communicate
