HR Executive

Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HR Executive (Mid-Level) to support and improve all human resources functions within our organization. This role requires a solid understanding of HR processes, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and staff, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements
 - 
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
 - 
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
 - 
Support the performance review and appraisal process
 - 
Help organize training and development initiatives
 - 
Address employee queries and concerns professionally and confidentially
 - 
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
 - 
Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
 - 
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
 - 
Generate HR reports and maintain HR databases and systems
 
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
 - 
2–4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a mid-sized organization
 - 
Strong understanding of HR functions (recruitment, training, performance management, payroll, etc.)
 - 
Working knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS systems)
 - 
Good interpersonal and communication skills
 - 
Discreet, ethical, and able to handle sensitive information
 - 
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
 
Preferred Skills:
- 
Experience with labor law compliance and HR audits
 - 
Exposure to employee engagement strategies
 - 
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
