As Creative Campaign Lead - Concept and Copywriting you will be responsible to ideate and conceptualize 360° Global Campaign Concepts which can be trans-created across all channels and markets. You will transform a brief into a captivating idea, concept and copy for our brand and marketing communications. You’ll do this by working together with the Creative Campaign Lead - Art Direction and other marketing teams to ensure a unique outcome, a consistent brand voice throughout the entire user journey and further increase the brand awareness of Westwing. This position is located in Munich and unlimited.

Responsibilities

  • developing creative ideas, concepts and communication for 360° brand campaigns and other marketing initiatives with focus on copy and concept, a clear messaging across all touchpoints, and emotional storytelling for film and stills
  • adapting big creative ideas into innovative, unique channel concepts and creative assets in line with our brand guidelines
  • developing a unique and modern language to catch the attention of new potential customers and keep existing customers excited
  • working closely and partnering up with different marketing stakeholders to deliver best in class creative concepts with a profound strategic foundation in collaboration with several internal and external teams
  • developing communication plans translating and distributing 360° brand campaigns into channels
  • leading brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas to bring to life

YOU COME WITH

  • 7+ years professional experience within a creative campaign development process with focus on copy, preferably in advertising, lifestyle
  • being well-versed in creative campaigns, brand awareness commercials, social media channels, and innovative advertising
  • strong customer based ideas, creative excellence by being clear in a unique visual language and storytelling that excites
  • strategic thinking and basing your ideas on customer insights
  • 6-7 brand awareness commercials developed and brought to life (incl. TV, (D)OOH, digital channels)
  • team skills, flexibility, hands-on mentality as well as strategic thinking and the ability to see advertising as a collaborative process that unites and inspires with the power of ideas
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • fluency in English and German
