Handle inquiries/incident reports coming from clients in both English and Japanese via phone, email, chat, etc. in accordance with existing processes and guidelines
-
Record details of inquiries as tickets and ensure the information is reflected in the system
-
Translate inquiries from Japanese to English and vice versa, and escalate as needed
-
Maintain the knowledge base and keep it organized for future use
-
Create reports on weekly/monthly help desk performance
-
Analyze relevant data and initiate process improvements in problem areas
Responsibilities
-
Preferably Graduate of BS Information Technology or any 4-year course
-
Certified Japanese Language Proficiency Test ( JLPT N2 passer)
-
Substantial work experience as Japanese Translator and Customer Service
-
Great eye for detail
-
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organization, and multi-tasking skills

Proficient in using Gmail and Google Workspace tools
