The Mission

Webhelp is looking for Trainers to train and develop Customer Advisors skills including:

  • Preparation of training sessions (classroom lay-out, logistics, content presentation document and quizzes);
  • Facilitation of classroom training sessions;
    After training, ensure that the skills are embedded through:
  • Quality control (listening, and compliance with process and customer experience required standards);
  • Coaching Customer Advisors and ad-hoc class-room training.

Responsibilities

Your Profile

You are passionate about customer service.

You are native or fluent (level C2) in one of these languages: English, Spanish, German and Italian.
You have excellent communication skills; you are a great trainer and thrive in a team environment.
You have strong listening and planning skills and you are results-oriented.
You have immediate availability to travel abroad.
