Description
• The PM is to define and maintain a product strategic vision and mission that should drive the portfolio.
• The PM will be responsible for delivering product to meet the goals, customer segments and defined use cases
• The PM is also tasked with conducting relevant product research; establishing competitive intelligence and various market analyses that supplement and compliments analyses already conducted by junior product managers.
• The PM will be accountable for product portfolio management and remove and add products where applicable based on market assessment and revenue viability. So, manage all stages of the product lifecycle.
• The PM will own the product roadmap for their business sector and be able to articulate this for internal and external stakeholders.
• The PM will provide product specifications and set the prioritization.
• The PM will monitor CMAM Product P&Ls and other Product Health KPIs (Client Sat; Client Usage) and develop the product roadmap in response to these evidence-points from market.
• The PM will construct the business cases for new investment in conjunction with the senior Director Audiences and the other CMAM product manager.
• The PM will work closely with Market-facing teams to understand client, market and industry changes. The PM will analyse client feedback to improve product features and capabilities. The PM will be responsible for ensuring effective exchange of information with Market Leads in each Region.
• The PM will ensure that Market-facing teams understand and are positively engaged with the development program set-out in the Product Roadmaps.
• The PM will act as the interface between Market and other internal stakeholders (Ops & IT, Product Marketing, Research). The PM will set requirements for Ops & IT and will monitor delivery and performance.
• The PM will work very closely with Product Marketing and Market teams to ensure alignment around product go-to-market – ensuring successful roll-out and performance monitoring of new offers.
• The PM will act as a digital evangelist within the Audience product team and with Markets Financial Responsibilities.
• The PM will monitor the Market P&Ls for Cross Media Audience Measurement Products. A key team KPI will be success of the P&Ls vs. budget – with particular emphasis on new product performance targets.
• The PM will work with the crossfunctional team under the agile methodology, to plan, execute and deploy solutions/features.
Responsibilities
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
· Product Management experience within a large-scale research or data-driven organisation;
· Proven experience developing and launching a diverse product portfolio.
· Domain experience within one of our product areas; including knowledge of the digital media buying/programmatic landscape;
· Experience in people management – including management of indirect reports.
· Experience working under agile methodologies.
· Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholders and interface with clients.
· Experience working effectively with in-sourced, or out-sourced development teams;
· Experience working with Research, Data Science or Operations subject-matter experts.
