As People/HR Working Student and a member of the People team you will work in a position that is responsible for the smooth handling of our People services as you learn the ins and outs of HR and support our People team in delivering our objectives. You will become a first point of contact for many People services covering the full employee life cycle as you develop and gain experience at ResearchGate.
As part of the People team you will also work on cross team collaborative efforts to achieve hiring, onboarding and other joint objectives.

• You communicate effortlessly in native/C2 German as well as very good English;

• You’re a current student matriculated at a German university;

• A friendly and confident approach and a can-do attitude;

• Excellent administrative/organizational skills and great attention to detail;

• You are service-minded and act with initiative;

• You address problems in a solution-oriented way and can prioritize day-to-day business parallel to long-term projects;

• You are curious and always keen to learn and to develop yourself.
