Description

Provide administration support to members of the Projects team, including (but not limited to) tasks such as project reporting (internal and external), updating programmes, and liaising with suppliers, clients, and other external stakeholders.

Support and administer the Time & Attendance booking process.

Manage the Quality Management System internal audit process.
-
Provide support managing pre-sales opportunities, working with leads to manage through their respective lifecycles.

Manage aspects of projects, in line with the operational processes as defined within the company Quality Management System, ensuring relevant documentation is completed and recorded.

Complete any other tasks that may be necessary in the successful completion of the role, or that may be requested by one of the company directors or managers.

Provide support for back office functions as the need arises.
Responsibilities

Excellent Excel and MS Word Skills.
-
Educated to a minimum of GCSE level, A-C in English, and Maths, or equivalent.

Good communication skills - written and verbal.
-
1-2yrs experience in a similar role.

Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive.

Highly organised.

Have a methodical and structured approach to duties, responsibilities, and project related tasks.
