Description

  • Build, grow and manage our community of users and groups.
  • Develop our community strategy and set the tone for the TROOPR community.
  • Further develop, grow and manage our team of ambassadors.
  • Engage with users, both online and offline. Internally communicate user experience/feedback/concerns towards the tech team.
  • Support with social media marketing. I.e. content creation, managing posts, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • A stellar communicator, good at fostering and building relationships both in-person and online at scale.
  • Tech-savvy early adopter, always up-to-date with new digital communication technology and trends.
  • Curious, prestige-less, and enjoys a challenge or two.
  • Holding a degree in marketing/communications or similar is a plus.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
