Trapeze is hiring a Marketing Events Coordinator to organise and coordinate all their marketing related events, exhibitions and webinars. This is a hugely important role which is central to our marketing and communications strategy. We strongly believe in close collaboration with our customers. As such, you will be managing customer events (in-person, online or hybrid) each year across a range of our business units, while also helping us to promote our brands at external events (exhibitions, conferences etc.) in the UK and Europe. As such, we need somebody who is incredibly well organised and a brilliant internal communicator – someone who can use their passion for events to bring internal stakeholders with them on this journey.
Responsibilities

Experience in coordinating corporate events.

Experience in managing and delivering online and/or hybrid events and webinars.

Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, both as part of a team and unsupervised on solo projects.

Able to work with, encourage and develop working relationships with internal stakeholders.

Relevant degree and/or work experience.

Strong technical skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience of using major social media platforms.

Excellent attention to detail.
