Description

Overseeing general office operations.

Monitoring office supplies inventory and placing orders.

Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages.

Greeting and assisting visitors when they arrive at the office.

Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation.
-
Assisting in vendor relationship management (cleaning services, equipment suppliers, etc.)
-
Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.

Supporting HR by co-organizing many of our internal initiatives: team building events, competitions, etc.

Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
