Description

  • Growing our acquisition efforts in paid search and display for Google and Microsoft.
  • Manage and optimize paid search and display campaigns across different markets.
  • Regularly track and analyze campaigns performance and identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Work closely with Content, Design and Product teams to think of new ideas to test.
  • Support planning and monitoring the spending of media budgets.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, potential new features and channels, to keep us ahead.

Responsibilities

  • You have minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign.
  • You have experience with the Google Display Network.
  • Web-Analytics, keyword strategy, user research and behavior, landing page metrics and performance, is your second nature.
  • You have strong analytical, data-driven and performance-oriented skills, with the ability to recognize patterns and draw valuable conclusions while optimizing day-to-day performance.
  • Previous experience with lead generation is a plus.
  • You have a good understanding of the digital marketing landscape and its dynamics.
  • You pay attention to details but you don't forget the big picture and the goal.
  • You possess excellent communication and people skills; you are a team player and its fun working with you.
  • Your command of German is at least at C1 level.
  • You have a good command of English and knowledge in Spanish and French would be a plus but not a requirement.
  • Marketing degree preferred (bachelor or higher).
