Junior International Project Manager

Description

  • Collect and manage relevant data for use by the association in its advocacy, PR activities, or thought leadership activities;
  • Form close working relationships with member-led committees and relevant chairpersons to build a sense of community among our members;
  • Organise meetings in the Netherlands and abroad to further the work of the association;
  • Work closely with committee chairpersons to prepare meeting agendas, support the smooth running of meetings and help in the production and collection of resulting minutes or other meeting outputs; 
  • Provide research support to colleagues on qualitative or quantitative matters.

Responsibilities

  • You are fluent at spoken and written English and Dutch;
  • You are proactive, have a positive mindset and able to manage your own time effectively;
  • You excel in the fields of planning, organising, researching and communicating;
  • You are a graduate of an MBO/HBO education and/or you have demonstrable experience in the field. We encourage those who are returning to the labour market after raising a family to apply;
  • You are technologically savvy and comfortable with numbers and data;
  • You are curious and have a desire to learn or try new things;
  • You are precise and can work under time pressure;
  • You are available for a 40 hour workweek.
