Description
1. Manage and improve online seller learning platform function (paid course, exam, etc) in collaboration with PD & Tech team.
2. Define learning needs and develop seller education product for scalable seller growth in collaboration with relevant teams.
3. Improve seller communication system with adaptation to Spanish local sellers.
4. Develop and manage new seller onboarding channel.
5. Analyze seller business performance regularly with data tracking of each educational program for seller growth efficiency.
Responsibilities
1. Strong data analysis skills.
2. Rich knowledge on AliExpress local store. Experience on Spanish local e-commerce will be a plus.
3. Experience on product development or operation in digital companies with very close interaction with technology team.
4. Language skills: Spanish (native)+ English (Fluency) , knowledge of Chinese will be a plus.
5. Degree: Bachelor.
