  • We like working with curious people, who are not afraid to make mistakes and to try new things, and who know that by giving more you’ll get more.
  • This role requires you to interact with many people, to always smile, even in difficult situations, and to be able to solve problems proactively. Getting positive feedback from the guests is the best gratification.
  • We’re tech-savvy and require very good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office). We work with Google Drive, Trello, Monday.com and many other apps.
  • We work while others are on holiday (and vice versa!). This means you might be asked to be available on evenings and weekends, and to relax on Monday morning.
  • Excellent knowledge of both English and Italian, both written and oral are required and crucial. An excellent knowledge of either French and/or German are also a requirement. (You will need to be able to send messages  and make phone calls with tourists from all nationalities.)
  • We don’t require any specific work experience. However, if you’ve worked in customer service or in hospitality  or with tourists, this is a plus.

We offer

  • The role offers a big variety of tasks: you will be responsible for assisting guests remotely, mainly before and after their booking. This includes replying to their messages and calls, helping them to find the ideal accommodation, assisting them to solve any issues they may have in order for them to enjoy an amazing holiday experience at our properties, but also charging payments and carrying out some basic administrative and accounting tasks.
  • We’ve got many homes, but no office... which means you can work from anywhere (stable internet connection required), not just in covid-19 times.
  • Part time or full time, depending on your availability (we’ve got little kids ourselves and are family friendly). The workload varies throughout the year with the summer season being the busiest.
