Sales Development Representative

Description

  • Help qualify new sales leads through a mixture of calling and emailing, following up on sales-led campaigns, as well as self-generated campaigns.
  • Reach out to existing customers to up-sell on new and future solutions.
  • Help launch outbound campaigns, including phone & email follow-up after that.
  • Increase Airtame’s awareness in our Channel through strategic approaches.
  • Successfully handle and overcome prospect objections.
  • Educate leads on how our solution can solve their problems.
  • Work in close collaboration with our Account Management team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • 1+ years of sales experience or in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to take on a multitude of tasks, assignments, and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive mentality - you are not afraid of outbound sales.
  • Organized, structured, and understanding that sales are a numbers game.
  • Goal-oriented, with a desire for overachievement.
  • Passionate about teamwork with a drive for getting things done.
  • You are tech-savvy, and you are excited by technology and its influence on your daily life.
  • Experience with business technology and network environments.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Strongly driven by sales metrics, numbers, and KPI’s.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Linked In, and ZoomInfo.
