  • You will be responsible for responding to all day-to-day escalations from the international market.

  • Ensuring high levels of customer service are always met for your market.

Responsibilities

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English and French, with the ability to understand and respond to customer issues.
  • Committed, reliable and able to handle challenging situations and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Contact Centre experience.
  • Computer literate in all Microsoft packages with the ability to learn new skills.
  • Must be organised, with a high sense of priority.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High levels of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and can work independently as well as part of a team.
