Realization of emailings, automation and forms in connection with the CRM.

Ensure the generation of a good level of leads on websites, through marketing and automation acquisition campaigns.

Propose new ideas to improve the management and routing of leads.
-
Analyze the key marketing performance indicators of the App.
-
Identify, build and optimize lead tunnels through emailing, social networks etc.
-
Invent and create new acquisition tools and techniques..
-
Participate in the consolidation and optimization of our community data (CRM, automation in a marketing tools environment).

Be the link and technical referent between the Growth team and the Marketing/content teams.

Handling the International Customers Service request and identify the point of contact to follow up the request.
Responsibilities

Degrees in Marketing / Digital.
-
Fluent English, other language is a plus.

Comfortable with web tools and data manipulation Scraping skills, API calls, data formatting appreciated.

Very good knowledge in acquisition techniques, Mailchimp (or equivalent).

Autonomous, organized, curious, willing to learn and share.
