Description

  • Supporting the Director of Commercial Planning in improving the set up and consistent application of team process across the CCO organisation.
  • Training and supporting the CCO Team to follow the defined processes.
  • Collecting, prioritising and actioning feedback from the Organisation on process issues relating to the Commercial Organisation.
  • Driving effective and efficient use of the Commercial Pipeline reporting systems, including managing the data fields and system reports.
  • Supporting the Commercial team meetings by organising meeting agendas, capturing actions, and following up with responsible team members for action point resolution.
  • Facilitating Commercial reporting processes and governance meetings (i.e. providing reports/data/discussion points).
  • Supporting the CCO to provide OKR KPI and Business Updates to the organisation (i.e. collecting the data, preparing slides and narrative).

Responsibilities

  • You already have first project management and reporting experience.
  • You have experience working with commercial teams.
  • You are motivated to work in and further your understanding of the digital health product space.
  • You are an analytical and well-structured person who is good at understanding how to best support your colleagues.
  • You like to support and learn the operational weeds , have a strong interest in operational involvement in core tasks and processes.
  • You love data, and know how to visualize data, and work with data driven reporting systems (skills must include Powerpoint, Excel, G-suite, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM systems ideally experience of Salesforce or Copper.
  • You have already worked in a start-up or a scale-up organization - constant change does not phase you.
  • Strong communication skills; verbal, written and presentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with quantitative and qualitative skills.
  • Excellent English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
