Assistant Product Manager (12 Months FTC)

Description

  • Assist in the on-going management of the front and back-book product set through product launches and withdrawals, retention offers and product pricing.
  • Share responsibility for weekly product planning and performance reporting, ensuring product activity and reports are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Provide regular feedback and analysis through product reviews; enhancing the STB proposition and ensuring the best customer outcome.
  • Support a structured, methodical and re-usable approach to product and data processes, with appropriate documentation and governance where appropriate.

Responsibilities

Practical experience of managing consumer products, ideally within financial services.
Ability to carry out execute team activity to a high standard, taking pride in their work.
Understanding of problem solving and root cause analysis techniques.
