Description

  • Support IT  job seekers during working days in their journey to live and work abroad.
  • Liaise with clients to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates.
  • Write and post IT  job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels.
  • Source, screen & interview of qualified candidates for IT company.
  • Answer questions by chat, WhatsApp, Facebook, email and phone.
  • Collect all necessary information and documents to complete the IT job seekers profile.
  • Assist with arranging transportation abroad.
  • Gather feedback from job seekers after employment.
  • Manage internal database with IT job seekers from European Union countries.

Responsibilities

  • 1- 2 years experience as IT recruiter.
  • Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory).
  • Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates.
  • Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network.
  • Has a database or network of available candidates.
  • Strong experience in sales, business development or client development roles.
  • Have great communication & presentation skills.
  • Emphatic and people-oriented.
  • Drive for results.
  • Managing and measuring work.
  • Innovation skills.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Good internet connection, own pc with camera.
  • Flexible to work from any location upon agreement between 09:00 - 18:00.

We offer

  • 40 hours per week job (depending on the Robin season).
  • Hourly salary 7,56€/ hour gross (monthly invoicing based on worked hours-salary from 1300 eur + bonus).
  • All necessary remote working on-line tools (Asana, Slack, G-suite and Linkedin).
  • Training and full guidelines.
  • Salary: From 1300€ gross + bonus (hourly paid wage).
