International Patient Host

International patient representative will accompany the foreign patients as a translator and company representative during their transfers (including airport transfers and local transfers), doctor appointments, hotel check-ins/outs.
Follow patient's full itinerary and provide information about treatments and patient's timelines.
Serve as a personal assistant to the patient upon request and build a good rapport with the patient. (introducing the city, shopping places, restaurants, sightseeing etc.)
Inform the patient about the treatments we offer and cross-sell to existing patients and get new referrals based on the relationship with the welcomed patients.
Get patient reviewsbefore the patient's departure.
Co-working with business development department at available times.

Specific Requirements

Fluency in English and Spanish. Knowledge of Arabic or any European language is a plus.
Flexibility in working days and hours.

Must be a Turkish Citizen.
