Description

Generate and qualify ideas around how to improve the Sportsbook product.

Create product roadmap in cooperation with trading, product and tech stakeholders.

Break down roadmap initiatives to backlog features and tasks and maintain team backlog.

Translate product and stakeholder requirements into highly specified user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and prioritize them in line with the product roadmap and company goals to deliver the best product on time.

Facilitate cooperation within the team and among delivery teams. Drive delivery teams and ensure they understand the underlying need behind each requirement to help them to deliver the product the best way.

Track releases and hold demos with stakeholders.

Gather feedback for future development to ensure that product improves continuously.

Help team to organise agile events and to improve themselves. Motivate & inspire them, and ensure the teams celebrate success.

Document the design and work products, such as wireframes, flowcharts, and detailed requirements documentation.
Responsibilities
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner working in agile methodologies.
-
Ideally several years’ experience from the gaming industry and with Sportsbook – Preferably coming from the supplier side in companies such as Kambi, SB Tech, Playtech or multi-jurisdictional operator with own trading team.

Should have passion, personal interest and knowledge about Sportsbook.

Engineering/Computer Science degree (M.Sc.) or similar from renowned University.

Experience working with multinational and multilingual teams in distributed locations.

Product or project management certification(s) is an advantage.

Experience with JIRA, Confluence or any roadmap or backlog tool is an advantage.

Sportsbook trading experience is an advantage.
