Description

  • Produce content relevant to our main product and develop strategies for its distribution.
  • Manage our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Manage the CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Support in planning and executing global acquisition and retention campaigns against pre-set objectives.
  • Communicate internally with diverse stakeholders such as Management, Customer Care, Monetisation and Growth.
  • Cooperate closely with the product team to optimize member experience.

Responsibilities

  • You have gained first experience in CRM and/or marketing.
  • You are native German speaker and proficient in English.
  • You enjoy creating content.
  • You have excellent communication skills with both internal & external stakeholders.
  • You are creative, you show initiative and are willing to learn.
  • You have proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Canva or other design tool is a plus.
