Description

Assisting with recruitment and engagement/termination process.
-
Maintaining and updating HR systems by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
-
Processing time and attendance records; updating attendance documentation for pay adjustments.
-
Issuing periodic and ad hoc reports.
-
Coordinating Travel arrangements for employees.
-
Assist with invoicing.
-
Filing, data-inputting, mail-handling and processing of documentation and other administrative tasks as the need arises.

Assisting with co-ordination of the training and development function.
Responsibilities
-
Minimum A level standard of education (candidates holding an MQF level 5 Award and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Enterprise, Business Administration or related discipline will be given preference.

Knowledge of HR legislation, regulations and processes would be considered an asset.

Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.

Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pro-active and Organised with a keen eye for detail.

Dependable, discreet & emphatic.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a can-do approach.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

We offer
Salary: €22,000 to €24,000 commensurate with experience & qualifications.
Work location: Msida
Definite contract of two-year duration.
Standard working hours 8.30 to 17.30 Monday to Friday, one hour break in between. Flexi-time: IN 7:30 to 9.30 OUT 16.30 to 1830.
Summer concession: Wednesday & Friday half day.
