Description

-Comprehensive support in all matters concerning customer service.
-Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance where necessary.
-Telephone and written customer consultation.
-Processing orders, organising and assisting in logistics processes.
-Ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
-Identify and close new opportunities within existing customer base.
-Update and maintain sales database.
-Ability to manage multiple systems and administration at once.
-Manage after sales processes and interface with the support team.

Specific Requirements

-Experience in a customer service or sales role with face-to-face customer contact.
-Ability to adapt to frequent change and fast-paced environment.
-Ability to initiate contact and communication.
-Teamwork, communication & cross-group collaboration skills.
-Proactively drive accounts with minimal oversight from sales or senior management.
-Proven track record of sustaining & growing complex relationships including closing the renewal, up sell / cross sell -opportunities.
-Incredibly detail oriented, ability to manage multiple priorities.
-MS Office knowledge including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Fluent German and English.
-Has owned & exceeded a Quota.
-Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
