Description

• Generating Interests for online Chess classes.
• Explaining various courses, clearing their doubts, and suggesting them the best option.
• Generating revenue (Meeting or exceeding sales target).
• Establishing new business opportunities.
• Adopting best practices for improving lead to sales conversion ratio.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Reviewing sales performance.
• Making sure demo is coordinated well and conducted on time.
• Usage of technology and computer skills (Excel, Word, Mails, WhatsApp): Training in CRM will be provided.
• Dealing with parents of young kids and hence the most important aspect of this job would be your interpersonal skills and sensitivity to our customers.

Responsibilities

c) Proficient in written and spoken English and Spoken Hindi.
d) Maturity and confidence.
e) Comfortable with basic usage of technology and computer skills (Excel, Word, Mails, WhatsApp):
f) Aiming to Achieve monthly targets.
g) Speaking other languages will be an advantage.
h) Chess knowledge will be an advantage (but not compulsory).
i) Laptop, with highspeed internet connection.

d)Salary / Stipend: Market Rate + incentives.
e) Location: Andheri East – Mumbai.
f) 6 Days working include Saturday and Sunday.
g) Weekly off will be there on Wednesday.

i) Minimum 6 months of experience in sales.
j) Max Salary goes up to 4LPA + incentives.
