Description

  • USE DATA – You will build, analyse and interpret data on user behaviour, market trends and finance / business.
  • CONDUCT RESEARCH – You will develop a deep understanding of our users, competitors and market. Find solutions to problems. Summarise and interpret key findings and share with the Co-Founders and senior team members.
  • IMPROVE PROCESSES – You will help our busy start-up become more efficient in our day-to-day by mapping out processes, understanding bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
  • BUILD TECH – You will work alongside the Product & Tech team to convert ideas into lines of code that benefit our users.
  • PRODUCE CONTENT – You will support the team in writing emails for users, how-to guides, web pages and more.
  • AND THEN SOME – In an early stage start-up, you will work very closely with every function in the business and tailor the role to your strengths as you grow.

Responsibilities
