Deliver high-quality first/second line IT support to internal users in a professional manner.

Taking care of staff on/offboarding processes.
-
Acting as a point of contact when it comes to IT support for employees.
-
Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade equipment.
-
Active Directory management: computers, users (new, close, permissions).
-
Keeping inventory of IT purchases and assets - creating/updating inventory records, assigning equipment to users, auditing inventory, performing decommissioning.
-
Maintain the necessary documentation.
-
Actively manage IT Helpdesk requests.
Responsibilities
-
A minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT support environment.
-
Experience in the administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Account users and e-mailboxes.
-
Keeping up-to-date on Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
-
Knowledge of networking concepts.
-
Strong analytical troubleshooting skills for IT.
-
Good awareness of IT data security standards.
-
IT Degree and or related qualifications.
