Description

Manage translation projects according to deadlines, quality, and budget requirements. (Planning, management of execution and control).

Effectively communicate project scope and expectations to team members and vendors in a timely, clear, and respectful fashion throughout the entire project cycle.

Coordinate freelance translation team – delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
-
Provide client/vendor support throughout the duration of the project.
-
Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team under constant time pressure, assuming ownership of tasks.

Terminology Management/glossary management.
-
Grant smooth ongoing of operations in Production and report and escalate matters in a timely manner to your line manager.

Administration support to team members.
Responsibilities
-
+2 years previous PM experience in the audiovisual translation industry.
-
Degree in Translation Studies.
-
Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail is a must.
-
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize work.
-
Masters Degree in Audiovisual Translation.
-
Fluent in other languages.

Familiarity with translation tools.
