As our business grows, we are looking to expand our team with the addition of an Information Technology Support role. We live on the cutting edge when it comes to film production and we want someone who has natural technical mastery and a real passion for helping the business run smoothly day-to-day in all aspects technical.

• The ideal candidate will have a natural skill in all things MacOS and be passionate about the Mac platform, as well as in-depth interest when it comes to iOS, wired and wireless networking, web technologies, server storage as well as best practices in data storage, data management and backup procedures.

• You will be making sure the Creative Team is running smoothly in Final Cut Pro and other Pro Apps, but also ensuring all software and hardware is running tip-top throughout the whole business.

• An interest in video editing as well as the post production process is preferable and encouraged.

• Some understanding of web development (including PHP, MYSQL, JQuery) is desired to help monitor and maintain exciting and innovative web apps for internal and client use. This interest can be furthered with some internal training to bring you up to speed on the platforms and help build new ones in the future.

• Although all of these skills are sought after, we are looking for someone that is willing to learn fast and who is eager to develop and evolve with the whole team. You will be given in-depth training on all current technical business processes, but the role can expand to start developing your own, helping to ensure deadlines are met, clients are always happy, and the whole team are taken care of and run like a well oiled machine.

• You will work alongside our Editing Assistant to ensure projects are always data-ready whether on local storage or in the cloud, using modern post-production workflows.
