Description
· Helps to oversee daily business operations and taking care of all duties in the absence of the Manager.
· Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors.
· Prepare and file forms and other documents.
· Updating logs and order forms.
· Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures.
· Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance.
· Liaise with others in the company to improve performance and work efficiency.
· Compile sales reports.
· Attend to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients, and contractors.
· Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market.
