Description

Oversee all aspects of the project kick-off stage (submit forms, create trackers using Excel, scheduling, sourcing, testing).

Communicate with other teams within our company, primarily Recruitment, Human Resources, IT, and Operation.

Identify and mitigate risks.

Quote on new opportunities using metrics from previous projects.
-
Strengthen excellent relationships with clients and sales.
-
Juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Improve forms used internally.
Responsibilities
-
BS/BA required or equivalent work experience.
-
2 years minimum experience in Account Management.
-
Must possess a sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure.
-
Must have experience working in a client-facing role.
-
Possess a high degree of pride in solid, quality work.
-
Detail-oriented.
-
Must be extremely comfortable with new technologies.
-
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and communicate with all the teams involved in order to ensure the successful kick-off of each project.

Experience managing data annotation services.

Recruitment experience.
-
Fluency in more than one language.
