Act as an employee champion and change agent.

Form partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the functional objectives.

Have exposure and interaction with the business, supporting its goals and driving its culture.

Work closely with the HRBP Lead to ensure alignment with the overall HR strategy.
Responsibilities
-
HR - you’re a seasoned professional with at least 3 years’ experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced digital environment.

Understanding of the iGaming sector or similar fast paced online industry.

People – you love working with large teams and provide the best employee experience with the business in mind.

Running and facilitating workshops and trainings.
-
Communication - especially in written and spoken English with additional languages a bonus!

Change – you have dynamic approach and thrive in this kind of environment, where you can impact real change. This is a strong motivator.

Multi-tasking is a strength of yours and you enjoy working on multiple projects, taking the initiative with objectives to provide the best employee experience whilst aligning to the wider HR strategy.
