You will own the end-to-end hiring funnel for both or tech & non-tech hires.

Right from thinking about the kind of folks we should hire, to writing JDs and sourcing candidates.

You have to know how to sell! You'll do the first call.

Do post-offer engagements!

Ensure that candidates have a smooth recruiting experience.

Help with generalist HR activities.
Responsibilities

You have worked for at least 2-3 years as an in-house recruiter at a tech startup.

You have a proven record of hiring for both tech & non-tech roles.

Strong process orientation, organization, and follow-up skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You are humble, willing to learn, and frugal.
