Description

  • You will own the end-to-end hiring funnel for both or tech & non-tech hires.
  • Right from thinking about the kind of folks we should hire, to writing JDs and sourcing candidates.
  • You have to know how to sell! You'll do the first call.   
  • Do post-offer engagements!
  • Ensure that candidates have a smooth recruiting experience.
  • Help with generalist HR activities.

Responsibilities

  • You have worked for at least 2-3 years as an in-house recruiter at a tech startup.
  • You have a proven record of hiring for both tech & non-tech roles.
  • Strong process orientation, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are humble, willing to learn, and frugal.
