Participate in product ideation and scoping: M&M Gear & Digital Products.

Support development of new products as well as improve existing items across all product segments, including but not limited to beta testing.

Submitting proposals and designs for evaluation by CEO/COO before moving to the next stage.

Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive.
-
Develop and adhere to project timelines of digital product.
-
Group and individual video chat meetings will be held weekly for discussing strategy and implementation, and reviewing results. Expected workload is 8-10 hours per week, depending on your task and your efficiency.

Participate in a weekly video conference meeting team meetings.

Participate in a weekly video conference meeting with CEO or COO.

Interest or desire to learn about digital product development.
