Description

  • Process government benefits such as Social Security, Philhealth and Home Mutual Development Fund.
  • Compute benefits reimbursement of SSS (maternity and sickness) benefits.
  • Prepare confirmation letter for newly regularized associates (R&F).
  • Prepare and compute payroll of Rank and File associates.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of HRIS.
  • Facilitate the computation of the last and severance pay of resigned associates (R&F only).
  • Act as the company representative/liaising role.
  • Other duties that may arise in the course of employment as designated by the supervisor or manager.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate.
  • With at least 3 years relevant experience in government benefits administration in a manufacturing company.
  • Knowledgeable SSS, Philhealth, BIR and HDMF regulations.
  • Effective verbal and communication English skills.
  • With background in HRIS implementation is an advantage.
  • Computer literate in MS Office, Excel, and Power point.
