Description

Process government benefits such as Social Security, Philhealth and Home Mutual Development Fund.

Compute benefits reimbursement of SSS (maternity and sickness) benefits.

Prepare confirmation letter for newly regularized associates (R&F).
-
Prepare and compute payroll of Rank and File associates.
-
Ensure accurate implementation of HRIS.
-
Facilitate the computation of the last and severance pay of resigned associates (R&F only).
-
Act as the company representative/liaising role.
-
Other duties that may arise in the course of employment as designated by the supervisor or manager.
Responsibilities
-
Bachelor’s Degree graduate.
-
With at least 3 years relevant experience in government benefits administration in a manufacturing company.

Knowledgeable SSS, Philhealth, BIR and HDMF regulations.

Effective verbal and communication English skills.
-
With background in HRIS implementation is an advantage.

Computer literate in MS Office, Excel, and Power point.
