Description

Play a key role for the ongoing UX/UI design of our business platform, enhancement of our UI design system and the development for our upcoming feature initiatives.

Collaborate with designers on your team to design improvements and future features by creating wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.

Gain a deep understanding of our customers’ perspective - know their motivations and challenges and ideate on how to turn these insights into features.

Work cross-functionally with developers and product managers to ensure a high-quality implementation of your designs and to contribute to the overall strategy and decision-making about the platform direction.
Responsibilities

An excellent portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work (preferable web platform design), style and interest.

You feel home in a design system and love to push it even further.

In-depth experience in Figma and prototyping tools.

Profound understanding of UX design principles, accessibility and the latest design trends.

A convincing yet compromising attitude when it comes to your design – for you, design is an iterative process resulting in customer happiness.

Fluent communication skills in English.

Additional skills in illustration, animation or 3D would be a plus.
