Junior Project Manager

Description
-
Attend weekly meetings with customer representatives to agree and confirm schedule for required works for following week
-
Arrange access for planned and emergency maintenance works
-
Co-ordination and scheduling of planned works and out of scope works for customer covering sites nationwide

Updating company trackers submitting weekly and monthly reports to Line manager
-
Materials and spares procurement for scheduled works (liaising directly with suppliers)
-
Compilation and submission of all required health and safety documentation for scheduled works
-
Tracking all site inspections
-
CRQ and task creation when required
-
Reporting/managing issues daily
-
Required to be available to act as On Call Manager / Engineer as per the On-Call Rota.

Liaise with VF DNOC and assign tickets on remedy, order parts, submit access and engage engineers to attend site.

May be required to audit engineers onsite.

Responsibilities
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in similar environment
-
Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to produce data on spread sheets

Experience in Telecoms

Displays leadership skills

Ability to work to deadlines and on own initiative

High accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate confidently with employees at all levels

Excellent organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
