Description

  • To receive and accurately input supplier invoices.
  • To ensure that all received invoices are correct.
  • To ensure that all invoices are signed off by a manager in the relevant department/location.
  • To allocate payments to accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Daily use of the accounts package SAGE
  • To monitor and control payroll
  • To prepare and make bank lodgements.
  • To set up, monitor and control Direct Debits.
  • To prepare bank reconciliations.
  • Cashflow Management
  • Balance sheet reconciliations

Responsibilities

  • You must be computer literate, in particular be familiar with Microsoft products such as MS Word and MS Excel
  • Prior hospitality experience is beneficial;
  • Part qualified ACCA/ACA or similar (preferred)
