Description

Responding to telephone inquiries from clients

Researching current and historical data regarding the dividend payments

Routing payments to security clients and updating the status of each inquiry in the tracking system
Responsibilities

Minimum 1 year experience in customer service on the telephone

Fluent in English and French

Excellent knowledge of telephone courtesy rules and customer interaction techniques

Strong problem-solving skills

Able to work well under pressure and meet short and long term deadlines

Be able to use your own PC or laptop (Windows) ; (IPADs, IMACs or CHROMEBOOKs are not compatible)
